My first hike

Happy Monday everyone. I had another great weekend hanging out with my parents.

They took me on my first hike. We went to the Marin Headlands, my mom's favorite place.

Fresh air, beautiful mountains, sounds of the waves crashing- it was all so serene.

I just closed my eyes and meditated the whole time.

Of course, I was exhausted afterward and had to take a nap.

It was such a great experience. I can't wait to go again.
