Family Ties

I am so lucky when it comes to family. I have had so much fun with my cousin Rosie and Aunt Venessa. We went to music class, baked cookies and had random races and screaming parties at home. Such a blast. And to make this week even better, we had a visit from my Aunt Ruba today too. She's such a sweetheart. She played with me a lot and spent quite a bit of time on snuggle duty with Shakira.

My cousin is visiting. She got to go have fun today but Mom made me take a nap with my boring sister. Life is not always fair at Mookie's House, my friends.

Party at Mookie's House!

Mom and Dad went all out to celebrate my second birthday. I had a lot of friends come over. We had lots of food and cake and I even had a bouncy house in my backyard. It was an amazing party!

I'm so excited for this new era. I'm not a baby anymore!

New toy

Not only are bananas delicious, they make a great toy. I have been carrying this one around for two days now. I tried to take it with me in the bath tub but Mom wouldn't let me. I took it to bed though and here I am brushing my teeth with it. It also goes well with the monkey pajamas I'm wearing.

Grandma at the park

Grandma has been working a lot at our place to help with Shakira. I decided to reward her with an outing to the park because it was such a beautiful day. Shakira came too but she just slept. Check out our pics. Not bad for January!

What a great day. After Shakira slept in, we all went for a beautiful stroll. It's been nice having my parents around so much.

Hello everyone. Mookie is napping so its my turn to say hello. Things are going well so far. I'm growing up a lot and I've been opening my eyes more so I can check out what's going. Mookie is always up to something so I have to keep alert!

Busted!

I am not supposed to climb on the stools in the kitchen by myself. Mom says its dangerous because they are so tall. Well, sometimes I have to climb onto them to reach the things that I want, like my moms cell phone. I almost got away with it until my mom found these pictures on her phone. Next time I will have to destroy the evidence...
